Benefits & Welfare Recovery Support Officer
Do you have good organisational skills, able to work using your own initiative whilst being part of a high performing team and able to manage your time effectively?
You will be part of the Benefits and Welfare Team responsible for the administration and collection of Housing Benefit Overpayments.
We are looking for an individual who has excellent IT and numeracy skills, is well organised and has good communication skills. A great team player who has an eye for detail and an ability to accurately manage large data sets and time sensitive workflows is essential.
A background and experience in debt recovery is an advantage but full training will be given, experience and knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
