Children with Special Educational Needs Service

The available roles are based in a fast paced team supporting our Children with Special Educational Needs Service located at our area office in Abingdon.

These jobs are crucial in supporting CSEN Officers to work effectively to deliver statutory responsibilities in relation to the identification and assessment of, and provision for, children in your community with special educational needs

We are looking for people that are organised, have good ICT skills and can build excellent working relationships with parents, schools and professionals and will strive to provide efficient and first class customer service.

Some of the work that you will be undertaking will be:

  • Phone calls from parents schools and professionals,
  • Processing statutory paperwork relating to an assessment
  • uploading information in our database,
  • creating financial paperwork and
  • supporting our CSEN Officers

We have a dedicated training and induction plan where we will develop your knowledge, skills and expertise in all administrative areas

This admin vacancy is a temporary position and available for 1 year in the first instance and working 22.5 hours. We are happy to consider hours worked flexibly across the week.
