This is an exciting opportunity to join Hampshire Constabulary’s Equality and Inclusion Team, where you will be delivering professional support and advice across the service. The role is hosted by Hampshire County Council and you will be based at the Southern Support and Training HQ for Hampshire Constabulary in Netley. 

You will carry out a range of administrative activities including managing multiple mailboxes, arranging meetings and room bookings, maintaining and developing the Equality and Inclusion intranet and internet pages as well as assisting with events such as National Inclusion Week.

 Using your excellent communication skills you’ll be able to deal confidently and professionally with enquiries, providing advice and support and helping to build positive relationships with support networks and colleagues.  With an enthusiasm for Equality and Inclusion, you’ll be able to deal with confidential information in a sensitive manner.

You will already have a working knowledge of the Equality Act and will be able to Advise on Equality and Inclusion matters in the absence of the Equality and Inclusion Senior HR Adviser.
