Facilities Office Supervisor HFRS2674924

Hampshire Fire & Rescue Service
£23,398 - £24,964 per annum
Fire and Police HQ, Eastleigh

Permanent

Hampshire Fire & Rescue Service (HFRS) is embarking on an exciting period of working with other public sector organisations to share properties, embed principles of a new property and estates strategy and provide first class facilities management across the County.

HFRS have established a Strategic Property & Estates Plan which sets out the forward direction of the organisation’s property estate and how this will be managed and maintained.

This is an exciting time to join the new Property & Facilities team as we work to bring excellent service to the organisation across property management, maintenance and facilities management.

This role will play a key function supporting the whole team by managing our front of house support service for our main reception, phone switchboard and across the headquarters site.

We are seeking a self-motivated, adaptable and enthusiastic individual to manage an effective and efficient reception service and support the delivery of facilities services to meet business requirements across both organisations and the wider Service that promotes the professional image of HFRS.

Experience in a similar role within a business environment is essential.  To succeed at this, you will possess good communication and organisation expertise, IT skills (database and word-processing) and a background of working in a fast-paced office environment.  You will be highly motivated to deliver excellent Customer Service, can work under pressure and use your initiative. You will need to be flexible in your approach and able to work as part of a team.

For further information or an informal conversation about this opportunity please contact David Mallard, Facilities Lead on 02380 644000 ext 3947 or Matt Robertson, Property & Facilities Manager on ext 2069.
