An exciting opportunity has arisen for fixed term IT Project Managers to lead on the delivery of critical IT projects supporting the council’s transformation agenda.  The successful candidates will be working with multidisciplinary teams across a range of projects to transform the way we deliver our services to Hampshire residents. In particular, this role will support the Children’s Services IT programme.

As an experienced Project Manager, you will have proven expertise in delivering IT solutions to a variety of customers; leading complex, high profile, time dependent projects to successful delivery.

You will have strong stakeholder management skills, building and maintaining trust and confidence from your Project Boards.

As an excellent communicator, you will be able to demonstrate control of the project delivery through managing project tolerances, utilising project standards and tools to ensure clear governance. You will drive high performance from your project team, successfully managing risk and issues, and maintaining control of the project.
