The Communications Manager is a key post within a fast-paced communications team. You will be instrumental in supporting the Head of Communications, working collaboratively with colleagues and driving through the transition to a more strategic and proactive service.
Managing a small team, you will be a key point of contact for day-to-day communications and an important liaison between the team and political and senior management teams.
You will be a seasoned media and communications expert with experience of leading and developing a team of communications professionals. Articulate, upbeat and professional, you will be a key player in the evolving team at the heart of a busy Council during an exciting period of change.
