The available role is based in a fast paced team supporting our Special Educational Needs Service located in Abingdon town centre.

This job is crucial in supporting SEN Officers to work effectively to deliver statutory responsibilities in relation to the identification and assessment of, and provision for, children in your community with special educational needs

We are looking for someone that is organised, have good ICT skills and can build excellent working relationships with parents, schools and professionals and will strive to provide efficient and first class customer service.

Some of the work that you will be undertaking will be:

  • Phone calls from parents schools and professionals,
  • Processing statutory paperwork relating to SEN assessment
  • uploading information in our database,
  • creating financial paperwork and
  • supporting our SEN Officers

We have a dedicated training and induction plan where we will develop your knowledge, skills and expertise in all adminsitartive areas

This admin vacancy is temporary for 18 months in the first instance and working flexible hours and full time. This vacancy is available now.
