Are you trustworthy, reliable and an excellent communicator both in person and on the telephone? This role provides front line administration and call handling for the registration service and team as well as our Service Headquarters team based at Winchester Register Office.
Duties will include frontline interaction with customers on a busy reception, taking phone calls and making appointments, monitoring shared email inboxes, organising meetings, maintaining spreadsheets, liaising with colleagues at Register Offices across Hampshire and other local authorities and other associated duties.
The post holder will be required to adhere to a strict code of data protection and confidentiality, a dress code and they will need to be a team player and enjoy working with the public. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in a fast paced, customer focused, professional office environment and join a highly motivated team.
