 The available role is based in our Directors Office based in County Hall. You will be working in a fast-paced team supporting our Directors Office Deputy Director and their Placement Strategy Programme.

 This job will be crucial in supporting this team to work effectively to deliver outstanding services to local children and families in your community.

We are looking for a person that is organised, have experience of minuting meetings, have good ICT skills and can build excellent working relationships with professionals and will strive to provide efficient and first class customer service.

 Your role will be to own our placements meetings. These meetings happen in each main location in the Council; Abingdon, Banbury, Cowley and Oxford. You will be expected to organise, prepare and minute these meeting, travelling to these locations and mileage will be paid to you for your travelling.

Some of the work that you will be undertaking will be:

  • uploading information in our database,
  • creating spreadsheets to log and track decisions made on meetings or panels
  • admin support for any work packages that come from Placement Board

 We have a dedicated training and induction plan where we will develop your knowledge, skills and expertise in all adminsitartive areas
