The Hampshire & Cass Foundation Mountain Centre is an Outdoor Education Centre that provides high quality tailored, outdoor adventurous and educational opportunities from the residential setting. We utilise the power of the ‘Outdoors’ as a medium for learning.
We provide a fun, challenging and stimulating environment that enhances the personal and social development of children, younger people and the wider community. Located in the heart of beautiful Brecon Beacons with views over to Pen y Fan, South Wales highest mountain. Based in a converted 19th century traditional Welsh farmhouse, we have 64 beds spread across cottage/dormitory style rooms and our fantastic facilities include fully equipped kitchens, drying rooms and a communal lounge with log burner.
Our Centre Director is now seeking a new member of the staff team. As Business Support Administrator you will assist with the day-to-day finance and administrative duties at the centre. You’ll be utilising your full range of people skills and ideally have some previous relevant working knowledge of business and finance in a similar setting with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. You’ll be able to work effectively within a small team (good sense of humour essential!), have a keen eye for detail and you’ll possess good organisational and prioritisation skills (be able to multi-task, used to working with minimal supervision and capable of adapting to changing priorities).
